We use industry-leading technology to identify and verify individuals. Crew submit ID and a live selfie; we capture the document and face, match face to document, run compliance checks (Adverse media, Fitness probity, PEP, Sanctions, Warning lists), and cross-check with the crew profile. Identity checks sit alongside certificates and background checks so employers and recruiters see a single, trusted view.
