For every identity check we carry out, we run: Adverse media, Fitness probity, PEP, Sanctions, and Warning lists. When no matches are found we report that clearly for additional security and transparency—one process, one outcome.

Verified identity is the baseline. We compare the name and date of birth from the ID to the crew profile, then cross-reference profile details and all uploaded documents—certificates, medicals, and more—so name, DOB, and other details are consistent everywhere. When everything aligns, verification is complete; when there's a mismatch, it goes to our team for review—every result is either verified or human-checked.
