Little confusing in the beginning but i figured it out. Hopefully this will improve my chances of finding a position. Would like to see more interaction from Crew Pass post signup. Getting the report back was fast. Within 24 hours but nothing after that except asking for a review. Maybe some more interaction and suggestions from Crew Pass on my profile, resume, assistance with placement. More coordination basically with hiring agencies. I will update going forward if I feel it benefited me in landing an position.

Very easy background check! No hassle with DBS accounts etc, they handle it all for you. Support is very helpful and the features they are adding looking fantastic. Has already helped me with a recent job, saved the vessel time by not having to background check me themselves. 100% recommend and so worth doing for any crew member.
